Work Initiation Policy

  2. No Refund after Work Initiation: Once we have started work on a project, we cannot issue a refund for that portion of the service. This includes any work related to brand creation, social media management, digital marketing, website development, SEO, content creation, graphics, animation, or any other service provided by Alepp Platform.

Workshops and Webinars

  1. 7-Day Refund Policy: For workshops and webinars conducted on our platform, we offer a 7-day refund policy. If you are dissatisfied with a workshop or webinar and request a refund within 7 days of your purchase, we will process your refund in full.
